We are SO excited that the weather is finally starting to cool off (slowly but surely) so that we can start enjoying some time outside! The Summer was BRUTAL so we stayed inside most of the time. Now that the kids are walking, we can start enjoying the backyard!

Elliot has claimed one of Chris' hats and just loves to walk around wearing it, especially backward and sideways. He's just cool like that.
Chris took Elliot tailgating on campus before one the Gator games a few weeks ago.
Just to put into perspective just how much my babies are growing, here's a picture of Elliot and Daddy tailgating this time last year. How did they get so big???
We took the kids to a great pumpkin patch this year. Elliot had a blast. Ava still gets a little finicky about nature touching her so we'll just say she tolerated it well ;)

We decided we had to have a theme for the kids costumes this year before they're old enough to want to pick their own costumes and ruin our fun ;) We decided on Pebbles and Bam Bam and I ended up making their costumes. They came out great and they got to show them off at an early Halloween event in town this past weekend. I may be biased but I have to say, they were by far the cutest kids there! :)
Ava couldn't wait to dig into her candy bag (though she really just wanted to give pieces of candy to other people)
I'll probably have some more Halloween pictures later since we may go to another event this week and probably trick or treat around our neighborhood on Halloween. More to come....
