We went to our first birthday party at the end of July for Ava and Elliot's twin friends, Brandon and Sophia, who also turned one! The kids had a blast. Grandma M came to visit that weekend and got to join us for the party.

Hanging out just being cute. Elliot is now 2 1/2 inches taller than Ava and weighs almost 5 pounds more!

Not sure what he was eating here, but it sure looks like fun...

Climbing is becoming a favorite activity for both kids and this chair is tons of fun!

And when Ava has the chair, it doesn't stop Elliot from trying to sqeeze on in!

Our air conditioner died last week and we had to wait 3 days before it could get fixed so it was SWELTERING in our house. Needless to say, the kids ran around in nothing but diapers to keep cool. Elliot decided to grab his water cup and climb on into this basket to hang out...maybe a better breeze??

The dogs put up with quite a bit, especially now that the kids are finding them more interesting to play with. Though, I guess if it bothered them so much, they wouldn't choose to hang where they do!

Elliot has finally started walking tons lately! For the longest time, it was just a few steps here and there, but this past week, it's finally clicked and he is officially on the move!!
