We had a tremendous amount to be thankful for this year as we celebrated our first Thanksgiving as a family with our two little blessings! This has been the most challenging, exhausting, exciting and joyous year of our lives and we are so grateful for all of wonderful family and friends who have been there to support us through it all. We are so lucky to have so many people in our lives who love and care for us. We hope every one of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We were also very thankful to have Aunt Chrissy, Uncle Jeff and cousin Genavieve here to share the weekend with!
Now on to the yummy dinner....the babies have only recently started eating solid foods so they couldn't partake too much in the Thanksgiving feast, but we did prepare some turkey and sweet potatoes in the food processor so that they could eat some. Ava, our picky eater, actually LOVED the turkey! Amazing! Elliot, as always, was happy to eat anything and everything :) Here are some dinner photos...

Ava actually fell asleep as we started dinner so Elliot got to eat first.

Apparently turkey affects babies the same way it does us as Ava was sacked out shortly after dinner! She was happy to have an elastic waistband :)

Elliot was eyeing the table as the food was being passed around. If only he had teeth and better mobility! Don't worry....he'll be in better shape for next year!

They're not quite feeding themselves yet, but we let them play with the food a little bit to inspire them!

A very exciting milestone actually happened Thanksgiving night...Elliot rolled over from his back to his belly for the first time!!! He's been trying very hard all week and finally did it! We found him sleeping like this shortly after he went to bed. He just needed the fuel from some meat and potatoes!

Some snuggles from cousin Genavieve. She is so good with the babies and loves to hug them and give them kisses. She'll be a great big sister someday ;)
Chris took Elliot tailgating outside the Gator Stadium on gameday before the Gators stomped the Seminoles! It was Tim Tebow's last home game with the Gators and we all shed a tear!! Elliot had a great time though!
